These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meridianacquisition.io and the text messaging program offered by Leadify LLC, operating as Meridian Acquisition ("Meridian Acquisition," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
About our service
Meridian Acquisition, operated by Leadify LLC, is an advertising agency that plans, creates, and manages Meta and paid social ad campaigns for clients. Most relationships begin with a scheduled call. Our text messaging program is used to confirm and remind people about calls they have scheduled with us, to support active client engagements, and to send occasional marketing and promotional messages to people who have opted in.
SMS messaging terms
The following terms apply to the Meridian Acquisition SMS program. Please read them carefully before opting in.
Program. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Meridian Acquisition. These include appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you have scheduled, as well as occasional marketing and promotional messages about our services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the appointments you schedule and your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Meridian Acquisition does not charge a fee for these messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@meridianacquisition.io.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Supported carriers. The program is available on major United States mobile carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or owner of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that the number you submit is yours and that you are permitted to receive text messages on it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and keep it current.
- Notify us if you stop using or change the mobile number you registered.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
Privacy
Your use of our website and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and messages are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Acquisition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or SMS program, including any delayed or undelivered message.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or SMS program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
